the main reason for the behind on the software upgrade is due to attachment problem..

attachments arent showing up so i am working to correct this... more info to come

Just a new update on the status of the software update..

Still no update in regards to the attachment issue but if the image is direct linked or linked from another site will work fine. So for now that is how I will leave it till I have time to dedicate to it.

New Items:

#1 - Apps have been installed with the forum software to allow access from mobile phones .. iphone..itouch..android capable phones.

#2 - New Section has been added to the forum... this will be a YJ dedicated section that will be availble to the those active members and will be activated by request only.. this will give mods a chance to see if you qualify.

#3 - Custom ranks have been created based on post counts so there will be a new setup for all members if you have been a member for a little you have been upgraded for free depending on your post count.

I have also condensed the forum a little newer..

Rank and forum structure complete..

Somethings that will be added to the forum over the next period of time ... for the tutorial section I thought would be good for the members learning .. .recorded video of a prop maker converting current helmet to another helmet.

I am currently going through the current options and setup to make sure everything is being utalized to the fulliest.

New Things:

* Forum will be easier to read - There were some issues with the current themes and people stating they couldnt read it.

* New features added to the post setup

* Modifcations finished for the calendar

* Merged and got rid of some topics: fan films etc... they will now be hosted in General Discussion.


- There will be no information lost all you will simply do when we convert over is log in and your ready to go..of course there will be a forum support section in case you need to report something not working.

Ugh some coding issue making the look of the site in FireFox look like uder POOOOOOP!!!

Not much time spent on the coding this week new position at work is giving me nasty hours so not much done.. in regards to the extra sections might open the forum and gallery sections up for now to let everyone get adjusted.
